1% , 3%, and 3% Full Service with Buyer's Commission Rebate Listing Program
Sellers may cancel their listing agreement at any time without penalties.
In this listing plan, the owners (if they choose) can participate in the sale of their property along with the listing and selling agents. The selling commission depends on who finds the buyer.
A.) 1% Commission - If the owner finds the buyer, the listing agent will negotiate and close the transaction - Commission payable at closing.
C.)3% Commission – If the listing agent finds the buyer and acts as a dual agent * the seller pays the listing agent 3% and the listing agent give a 1% Commission Rebate to the Buyer. In other words the listing agent gets 2% of the commission and the buyer gets 1% of the commission. Commission payable at closing.
B.) 3% Commission – If an agent from another company finds the buyer a three (3%) percent commission is payable at closing with the listing and selling agent spliting the commission 50/50.. .
No hidden fees. Only one optional charge:
