Gas prices are increasing! The best way for me to show property is for my customers to see the homes on the Internet. This will save me lots of time and save me lots of gas. If my customers will ...DO THE LOOKING AND FIND THE HOMES THEY WANT TO SEE ON LINE....THEN …..I will give you half of my commission check.

The first two showings will be free at no cost but the third, forth, etc. showing will cost $25.00 per showing and will be withheld from your "rebate" check. You will either receive your commission check within 10 business days after closing or you can use it to reduce the closing costs or the price of the home. Now you can have money to buy new appliances, furniture, go on a trip, or even pay bills. It is your rebate money and is yours to use as you please.

EXAMPLE:

Most commission for selling a resale home is 2.7% of the purchase price. If you get half of the commission then you will get 1.35% in cash within 10 days after closing. That amounts to $1,350.00 on a $100,000 home and $2,700.00 on a $200,000 home. All you have to do is pay $25.00 per showing after the second home. That amounts to 108 homes to break even on $100,000.00 The people who need more service will pay more and those who need less will pocket more cash.
